If you want to eat something sweet late at night you can try this midnight snack without sugar.

It is very easy, it is eaten raw and you can prepare it in a few minutes. If you do not want to wait at all you can just not even throw it on the couverture.

Ingredients
- 25 gr. coconut flour
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1,5 tbsp maple syrup
- salt
- sugar free chocolate or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Just mix the ingredients in a bowl. If the dough sticks to you, just add a little more coconut flour. Make a long snake and cut it into bites.
- Melt the chocolate in a baking pan (if desired) and dip the bites into the chocolate. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes and enjoy.
- If you are in a hurry you can just put the bites in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
