The most delicious, delicious vegan brownie baked oats without sugar that are ideal for breakfast and dessert!
This particular recipe maked 2 small bowls. You can make 6-7 bowls to have breakfast to eat for several days. All you need to do when you want to eat your delicious breakfast or dessert is take it out of the fridge and reheat it in the oven for a few minutes.

Tips and Substitutions
If you are not vegans you can use any milk you want instead of almond milk.
Instead of maple syrup you can use whatever sweetener you want… from honey to stevia, coconut sugar or monk fruit sugar.
Add raisins or chia seeds to your mix for even more nutrients.

Brownie Baked Oats without sugar
Ingredients
- 60 gr. oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 160 ml. almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- All you have to do is throw all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Transfer the mixture to two individual bowls and toss on top if you want a few pieces of chocolate without sugar or stevia couverture.
- Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy.

Δυστυχώς δεν χρησιμοποιώ καθόλου φούρνο μικροκυμάτων και δεν γνωρίζω.
Τα 160 ml γαλα είναι 160 γραμμάρια;
