The late night snack you will love.
- 25 gr. coconut flour
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1,5 tbsp maple syrup
- salt
- sugar free chocolate or chocolate chips
Just mix the ingredients in a bowl. If the dough sticks to you, just add a little more coconut flour. Make a long snake and cut it into bites.
Melt the chocolate in a baking pan (if desired) and dip the bites into the chocolate. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes and enjoy.
If you are in a hurry you can just put the bites in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
