The easiest protein balls that should always be in your fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp water (if needed)
  • sugar free chocolate

Instructions 

  • Add all the solid ingredients to the multi and beat. Then add all the liquid ingredients and mix.
  • If necessary, add a little water.
  • Make 15 energy balls.
  • If you want to add sugar free chocolate just melt 3-4 pieces in a baking pan or in the microwave and toss over your balls. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to cool the chocolate.
