If you have never eaten watermelon with feta cheese, then you should definitely try it. When the heat is unbearable, such a salad will definitely get you out of the difficult position of cooking since it requires no cooking at all.

The basic ingredients you will need for your salad are: watermelon, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, onion and feta cheese.

As for the dressing, you will need olive oil, lemon, honey, salt and black pepper.

If you are vegan, you can replace the feta with vegan feta and the honey with maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 6 cup watermelon in cubes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 και 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 1/2 cup onion

for the dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp lemon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • lemon zest of 2 lemons
  • black pepper

Instructions 

  • All you have to do is cut your watermelon and vegetables.
  • Toss them all in a bowl.
  • Pour all the ingredients for the dressing into a jar. Close with the lid and beat the dressing well. Pour the dressing over your salad and mix well.
