This is one of the tastiest ways to enjoy your salad. With 2 large tortillas you can easily make 4 crispy cones, fill them with whatever you want and accompany them with an easy green salad.
The ingredients you will need to make the tortilla cones are two large tortillas. You cut them in half and create a cone with each half. Secure it with a toothpick and brush with olive oil. You bake in the airfryer or in the oven for a few minutes and your cones are ready.
In my cones I put baked potatoes (like fried) and some of the green salad I prepared. I finished with some of the sauce I made.
For the green salad you will need greens of your choice (I used capricciosa salad), chopped cucumber and some corn.
For the sauce I used some light mayonnaise, yogurt ketchup, mustard and nothing else.
