Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 150 gr. small pasta
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded chedar
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 100 gr. spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup boiled water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Start by heating the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add the spinach, pasta, cheeses, salt and pepper.
  • Add the hot water and milk. Cover the pot and lower the temperature. Let the mac and cheese cook for 9-10 minutes. Every now and then he opened the pot and stirred. If the water is saved, add a little more.
