Έξτρα tip: If you're in a hurry, you can use canned beans. You should wash them well and drain them. Then you should wipe them with a towel so that they are as dry as possible. Then throw them in the airfryer as I tell you below in the recipe.

Ingredients
- 400 gr. boiled beans
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Start by boiling the giants in plenty of water until soft.
- Pour the beans into the airfyrer after drying them well so that they do not have any liquid.
- Add olive oil and mix well. Pour over all the spices and mix well.
- Bake at 200C for 10-12 minutes. Every few minutes take out the beans and shake them.
- The healthiest snack is ready.
