A super simple and delicious mac and cheese.
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 gr. small pasta
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded chedar
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 100 gr. spinach
- 1 1/2 cup boiled water
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper
Start by heating the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add the spinach, pasta, cheeses, salt and pepper.
Add the hot water and milk. Cover the pot and lower the temperature. Let the mac and cheese cook for 9-10 minutes. Every now and then he opened the pot and stirred. If the water is saved, add a little more.
