A different pizza from the ones you are used to, full of flavor, nutrients and very few calories. You can enjoy this leek pizza all by yourself.

To make it you will need leeks, onion, vegetable cheese of your choice. As for pizza dough, it's the easiest thing you'll ever make. Caution! If you are a fan of fluffy pizza then this is not for you. If you like thin, crispy doughs then you will definitely like this one.
To make it you will need wholemeal flour and a plant based milk of your choice.

Leek Pizza for 2
The easiest pizza in the world in its healthiest version.
Ingredients
for the dough
- 85 gr. wholemeal self-rising flour
- 50 gr. plant based milk of your choice
- salt
for the toppings
- 2-3 leeks
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and black pepper
- 3-4 tbsp plant based cheese
Instructions
- Start by mixing the wholemeal flour with the oat milk, salt.
- Once you have formed the dough, roll it out with your hands. Form a thin pizza dough. Put it on non-stick paper and in a pan.
- Preheat the oven to 220C. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, pour some water into a non-stick pan. Once heated, throw in the onion and leeks. Add salt and pepper. Have a good time. Remove and add 1-2 tbsp. olive oil. Mix well.
- Remove the dough from the oven and sprinkle with grated yellow vegetable cheese. Spread the leeks and onion on top. Put in the oven and bake for 4-5 minutes.
- Your leek pizza is ready.
