This pizza-omelette is one of the simplest, quick breakfast or dinner dishes that you can prepare and enjoy in 15-20 minutes.

The recipe is very simple and requires very few ingredients to prepare. The basic ingredients are the tortilla, eggs, tomato sauce and cheese.

From there on, it's up to you what vegetables you add to your pizza-omelette. I added chopped pepper and spring onion to my omelette pizza. You can put mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot or whatever else you like.

As for the cheese, I chose to put grated feta. You can put yellow cheese of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 1 small tortilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • salt
  • oregano

for toppings

  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 scallion
  • 80 gr. feta cheese

Instructions 

  • Start by putting the tortilla in a pan.
  • Pour in the eggs and beat them slightly. Add the tomato sauce and mix. Add salt and oregano.
  • Add your vegetables and cheese on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Let the pizza-omelette cool for 5 minutes and cut it.
