Start by mixing the wholemeal flour with the oat milk, salt.
Once you have formed the dough, roll it out with your hands. Form a thin pizza dough. Put it on non-stick paper and in a pan.
Preheat the oven to 220C. Bake for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour some water into a non-stick pan. Once heated, throw in the onion and leeks. Add salt and pepper. Have a good time. Remove and add 1-2 tbsp. olive oil. Mix well.
Remove the dough from the oven and sprinkle with grated yellow vegetable cheese. Spread the leeks and onion on top. Put in the oven and bake for 4-5 minutes.
Your leek pizza is ready.
