Ingredients

for the dough

  • 85 gr. wholemeal self-rising flour
  • 50 gr. plant based milk of your choice
  • salt

for the toppings

  • 2-3 leeks
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp plant based cheese

Instructions 

  • Start by mixing the wholemeal flour with the oat milk, salt.
  • Once you have formed the dough, roll it out with your hands. Form a thin pizza dough. Put it on non-stick paper and in a pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 220C. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, pour some water into a non-stick pan. Once heated, throw in the onion and leeks. Add salt and pepper. Have a good time. Remove and add 1-2 tbsp. olive oil. Mix well.
  • Remove the dough from the oven and sprinkle with grated yellow vegetable cheese. Spread the leeks and onion on top. Put in the oven and bake for 4-5 minutes.
  • Your leek pizza is ready.
