This baked pasta is ready in just 20 minutes and is for just one person. This is an individual portion that is all yours.

INGREDIENTS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Penne: I used wholemeal penne in my recipe. You can use small pasta of your choice and not spaghetti.
Broccoli You can use instead of broccoli cauliflower, spinach or whatever vegetables you want.
Tomato: Essentially, you will need half a chopped tomato.
Mozzarella: Mozzarella is one of the lightest cheeses available. So don't be afraid of her.
Vegetable stock: If you don't have vegetable stock, you can just use water.

Can you eat the whole pan?
Yes! It's all yours. It's just one serving and the whole pan has 530 calories. It is therefore an ideal food for lunch.
