You can eat the whole pan!
- 1/2 cup penne
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 cup broccoli
- salt
- garlic
- red pepper
- oregano
Start by dropping the pennies into your pan.
Make sure the vegetable stock covers the pasta. Add all the remaining ingredients. Otherwise they will not cook properly. Put the cheese last.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Cover your pan with a piece of aluminum foil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Uncover and if necessary bake for another 5 minutes.
