Η ιταλική φοκάτσια (focaccia) θυμίζει την δική μας λαγάνα γιατί είναι τόσο λεπτή αλλά για μένα είναι πολύ πιο νόστιμη. Ιδίως όταν διακοσμείται με ντοματίνια, ελιές, κρεμμύδι, δεντρολίβανο.
