Ingredients

  • 120 gr. raw rice 
  • 200 gr. tomato sauce 
  • 100 gr. shredded yellow cheese
  • 100 gr. feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • a little shredded broccoli
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions 

  • Start by boiling your rice.
  • Mix it as soon as it is done with the tomato sauce, egg, grated yellow cheese, salt, black pepper and grated broccoli.
  • Spread half of the mixture in a small pan. Add the feta and spread the rest of the mixture on top.
  • Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the rice cake cool before cutting.
