They look like french fries but they are neither french fries nor fries. They are carrot sticks baked in the oven.

If you avoid a lot of carbohydrates or simply want to include carrots in your diet in other ways, then all you have to do is try this wonderful recipe that will make you see carrots in a different light.
Spices, grated cheese and corn flour make the carrot sticks crispy and delicious. Combine them with whatever you want (personally I prefer to combine them with garlic ketchup). You will be thrilled.

Carrot Fries
Ingredients
- 500 gr. carrots in sticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp shredded yellow cheese or feta cheese
- 1 tsp dill
- garlic
- salt
Instructions
- Put the carrot sticks together with all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking tray after first spreading it with non-stick paper.
- It is good that the carrot sticks do not touch each other.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 25'.
- Halfway through the time, remove from the oven and stir. We continue baking. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
