One of the tastiest baked vegan meatballs you've ever eaten. These oven-baked veggie meatballs are a dream.

This particular recipe is Indian-Chinese and is eaten a lot in India mainly in a non-vegan version.
To make it you too will need cabbage, flour, corn flour and some spices since Indian cuisine uses a lot of spices in its dishes.
Very important and necessary, however, is the sauce that accompanies the meatballs. To make it you will need soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, onion, corn flour and some spring onion.

Tips
The classic recipe calls for fried meatballs. If you choose to fry them, you can then throw them directly into the sauce you will prepare. However, if you choose to bake them, as I did, then it is good to put them in the fridge for 1-2 hours beforehand. Otherwise, when you throw them into the sauce, they may fall apart.
