Start by preparing the vegetable meatballs. Pulse the cabbage in a food processor. Transfer to a thin towel and drain to remove excess liquid.
Mix the cabbage with the flour, corn flour and spices. Something like minced meat will be created.
Form meatballs and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes. Halfway through the time turn your meatballs.
Remove from the oven and let your meatballs cool. Put the meatballs in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Prepare your sauce. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, ketchup, and vinegar. Pour the olive oil into a deep pan.
Add the garlic and chopped onion. Save for a few minutes. Pour in the soy sauce mixture.
Add the water too.
In a bowl, mix the corn flour with the 2 tbsp. water until the corn flour is dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the pan. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Throw in the meatballs.
Stir for 1-2 minutes and add fresh onion. Your cabbage balls are ready.
