This salad is delicious and refreshing.

This salad is full of antioxidants and is very good for the heart. It contains a lot of fiber and helps to have a healthy digestive system. It is full of vitamin C and boosts the immune system.
To make it you will need: beets, carrots, apple and parsley. To make the delicious dressing (because that's what makes a salad delicious) you will need: mustard, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and salt.

Summer Salad with Beets and Carrots
Ingredients
- 2 raw beets shredded
- 2 shredded carrots
- 1 apple shredded
- 1/2 bunch parsley
for the dressing
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- After grating the beets, carrots and apple, chop the parsley.
- Pour all the ingredients for the dressing into a jar and mix well.
- Pour it into your salad and mix well.
