This salad is delicious and refreshing.

This salad is full of antioxidants and is very good for the heart. It contains a lot of fiber and helps to have a healthy digestive system. It is full of vitamin C and boosts the immune system. 

To make it you will need: beets, carrots, apple and parsley. To make the delicious dressing (because that's what makes a salad delicious) you will need: mustard, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and salt.

This salad is super cool and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 raw beets shredded
  • 2 shredded carrots
  • 1 apple shredded
  • 1/2 bunch parsley

for the dressing

  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • After grating the beets, carrots and apple, chop the parsley.
  • Pour all the ingredients for the dressing into a jar and mix well.
  • Pour it into your salad and mix well.
