The most delicious, filling, sweet sugar-free chocolate bars are here, and they're packed with nutrients.

The ingredients you will need to make them are: oats, dates, walnuts, honey (or maple syrup if you are vegan) and cocoa.

You will also need sugar free chocolate. This is not mandatory as you may not want to add chocolate to your bars. So you can skip it.

Sugar Free Chocolate Bars

The easiest, healthiest, sugar-free chocolate bars are here, and they're perfect.

Ingredients

  • 100 gr. oat flour
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 50 gr. walnuts
  • 10 dates
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 120 gr. sugar free chocolate
  • 30 gr. walnuts

Instructions 

  • We start by beating the oats in a food processor until it becomes like flour. Add the cocoa and 50 g. walnuts and beat again.
  • Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Add the dates to the above mixture and beat again. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Add the honey and mix with your hands. We form bars. We put them in the freezer for 2 hours.
  • Melt the chocolate and beat the 30 g. walnuts in the multi. Mix the grated walnuts with the chocolate. Dip each bar into the chocolate-walnut mixture and leave to cool in the refrigerator.
