Protein Oat Crepes

You can prepare the mixture the night before and in the morning simply stir it and make your perfect, quick crepes.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 180 ml oat milk
  • 60 gr. oat flour

Instructions 

  • All you have to do is mix the 3 ingredients in a bowl. Heat a non-stick frying pan that you have greased with olive oil.
  • Pour 3-4 tbsp. of the mixture and shake the pan to spread it over its entire surface. Wait 1-2 minutes and flip the crepe to cook on the other side.
  • Your crepes are ready. You can enjoy them with either sweet or savory fillings.
