If you're looking for an easy, healthy and filling breakfast or snack, these protein oat pancakes are perfect! They're made with only 3 ingredients, contain no sugar and can be served in both sweet and savory variations.

For the chocolate spread you will need: 2 tbsp. tahini, 1 and a half tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. oat milk, a pinch of salt.

Protein Oat Crepes
You can prepare the mixture the night before and in the morning simply stir it and make your perfect, quick crepes.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 180 ml oat milk
- 60 gr. oat flour
Instructions
- All you have to do is mix the 3 ingredients in a bowl. Heat a non-stick frying pan that you have greased with olive oil.
- Pour 3-4 tbsp. of the mixture and shake the pan to spread it over its entire surface. Wait 1-2 minutes and flip the crepe to cook on the other side.
- Your crepes are ready. You can enjoy them with either sweet or savory fillings.
