If you've seen Meghan Markle's show on Netflix, then you've definitely seen this one-pot pasta dish that everyone has been trying ever since.

So, I thought I'd make it myself and give you the recipe so you can make it too. Because it's easy, quick, and you'll only need one utensil to prepare it.

The ingredients you will need are: spaghetti (I used whole wheat), cherry tomatoes, garlic, spinach, vegetable parmesan, lemon zest and nothing else.

It is prepared quickly and is very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 160 gr. spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • zest from 1 lemon
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup vegan parmesan
  • sage, oregano
  • 4 cup water

Instructions 

  • I start by heating the olive oil in a pan.
  • Sauté the garlic and cherry tomatoes for 3-4 minutes.
  • I add the lemon zest, pasta, spices and water.
  • I boil for 10-12 minutes. I stir often so that the pasta doesn't stick.
  • I add the spinach, stir until it softens and finally add the parmesan and remove from the heat.
  • Mix and serve.
