This porridge bounty is super cool and filling.

To make it you will need oats, yogurt, grated coconut, honey and almond milk. As for the coating, you will need cocoa and water.
If you want to make your breakfast sweeter, then you can replace the cocoa with water with 20 g. couvertures mixed with 20 g. coconut milk. Heat the coconut milk and as soon as it heats up, melt the couverture in it. Pour the mixture over your breakfast. Put it in the fridge and leave it there for 1-2 hours before enjoying it.

Tips and Substitutions
If you are vegan, you can add maple syrup or agave syrup to your recipe instead of honey. Instead of yogurt, you can use coconut or soy yogurt.
Of course you can replace the almond milk with milk of your choice.

Ingredients
- 40 gr oats
- 140 gr. yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 10 gr. shredded coconut
- 50 ml almond milk
for the second layer
- 10 gr. cacao
- 25 ml water
Instructions
- Start by placing a piece of plastic wrap in a bowl.
- Inside the film, mix the oats, yogurt, grated coconut, milk and honey. Close the membrane forming something that looks like half a ball.
- Refrigerate for several hours or even overnight.
- In a small bowl, mix the cocoa with the water. Pour the mixture onto your ball after removing it from the film. Top with some more shredded coconut if you like.
- Put it in the fridge for a little while longer until the coating cools down.
- Enjoy.
