This is an ideal breakfast for the hot weather and beyond.
- 40 gr oats
- 140 gr. yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 10 gr. shredded coconut
- 50 ml almond milk
Start by placing a piece of plastic wrap in a bowl.
Inside the film, mix the oats, yogurt, grated coconut, milk and honey. Close the membrane forming something that looks like half a ball.
Refrigerate for several hours or even overnight.
In a small bowl, mix the cocoa with the water. Pour the mixture onto your ball after removing it from the film. Top with some more shredded coconut if you like.
Put it in the fridge for a little while longer until the coating cools down.
