The ingredients you will need to make them are: rice cakes, a nut butter of your choice, yogurt, white chocolate (I used sugar-free) and grated coconut.

Raffaello Rice Cakes Without Sugar
The easiest and fastest sweet snack reminiscent of raffaello.
Ingredients
- 5 rice wafers
- peanut butter
- yogurt
- shredded coconut
- 120 gr. sugar free white chocolate
Instructions
- Start by melting the white chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Spread some nut butter on each rice wafer first. Then spread some yogurt. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
- Pour melted chocolate on top and spread it. Sprinkle grated coconut on top.
- Put in the fridge for 10-20 minutes to harden the white chocolate. Your sweets are ready to eat.
