Raffaello Rice Cakes Without Sugar

The easiest and fastest sweet snack reminiscent of raffaello.

Ingredients

  • 5 rice wafers
  • peanut butter
  • yogurt
  • shredded coconut
  • 120 gr. sugar free white chocolate

Instructions 

  • Start by melting the white chocolate in a bain-marie.
  • Spread some nut butter on each rice wafer first. Then spread some yogurt. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
  • Pour melted chocolate on top and spread it. Sprinkle grated coconut on top.
  • Put in the fridge for 10-20 minutes to harden the white chocolate. Your sweets are ready to eat.
