The basic ingredients to make them are: potatoes, flour, olive oil, salt and garlic powder.
For the breading you will need milk of your choice or some herbal drink, flour and breadcrumbs.

Baked Potato Croquettes
These potato croquettes are super healthy.
Ingredients
- 380 gr. potatoes
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
for the breading
- 120 ml milk of your choice
- 60 gr. flour (or oat flour)
- 50 gr. breadcrumbs with salt
Instructions
- Start by boiling the potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces so that they boil faster. Drain them and throw them back into the pot.
- Mash the potatoes with a fork. Mix with the flour, garlic powder, salt and olive oil.
- Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Form 15 croquettes.
- Put the flour in a bowl, the milk in a second and the breadcrumbs in a third.
- Dip each croquette first in the flour, then in the milk and finally in the breadcrumbs. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes. Halfway through the time, turn your croquettes.
