A wonderful, super nutritious breakfast that you will love to eat during the summer months.
for the first layer
- 40 gr. oat flour
- 20 gr. protein Power Mix Vanilla Amino Animo
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- juice of half a lemon
- zest of half a lemon
- 25 gr. vegan yogurt
- 100 ml. almond milk
for the second layer
- 75 gr. vegan yogurt
- 1/4 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (if you are not vegans)
- lemon zest
Start by mixing in a bowl all the ingredients for the first layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
In another bowl, mix the ingredients for the second layer. Spread the second layer on top of the first and put it back in the fridge until the next morning.
