Overnight Oats With Lemon

A wonderful, super nutritious breakfast that you will love to eat during the summer months.

Ingredients

for the first layer

  • 40 gr. oat flour
  • 20 gr. protein Power Mix Vanilla Amino Animo
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • juice of half a lemon
  • zest of half a lemon
  • 25 gr. vegan yogurt
  • 100 ml. almond milk

for the second layer

  • 75 gr. vegan yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (if you are not vegans)
  • lemon zest

Instructions 

  • Start by mixing in a bowl all the ingredients for the first layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • In another bowl, mix the ingredients for the second layer. Spread the second layer on top of the first and put it back in the fridge until the next morning.
