Make the easiest and most nutrient-dense veggie burgers.
- 1 cup red or white beans
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 7-9 tbsp oats
- salt
Start by boiling the potatoes and carrots until soft.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat a little. Repeat until you have a moldable mixture.
Shape your burgers and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Halfway through the time, turn your burgers.
