I start by mixing the warm water with the dry yeast in a bowl. I leave aside for 10 minutes.
Put the flour and salt in a large bowl. I add the olive oil.
I also add the water with the yeast. I mix well. I knead with my hands. If necessary and the dough sticks, add a little more flour.
Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Uncover and divide into 4 smaller dumplings.
Form balls and put them on non-stick paper in a pan.
Preheat the oven to 190C.
In a small bowl, mix the milk with the maple syrup and the mustard. Grease your buns and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if you like.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Your buns are ready.
