Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • parsley

for the bbq sauce

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp onion
  • 1/4 cup apple vinegar
  • 1-3 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Start by cutting your potatoes in half, then again in the middle and then again in the middle creating crispy potatoes.
  • Put them in a bowl with cold water and ice cubes and leave them there for 30 minutes.
  • Take them out and wipe them well with a towel.
  • Put them back in a bowl and mix them with the olive oil, corn flour and spices. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes. Turn them halfway.
