Start by boiling the potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces so that they boil faster. Drain them and throw them back into the pot.
Mash the potatoes with a fork. Mix with the flour, garlic powder, salt and olive oil.
Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Form 15 croquettes.
Put the flour in a bowl, the milk in a second and the breadcrumbs in a third.
Dip each croquette first in the flour, then in the milk and finally in the breadcrumbs. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes. Halfway through the time, turn your croquettes.
