Start by mixing in a bowl the flour, the sugar substitute from monk fruit (which has 0 calories), the baking powder, the salt, the cinnamon.
Add the melted banana, almond milk and vanilla.
Stir and pour the mixture into the donut pan. Fill up to 2/3 of each hole because the donuts will swell during baking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 9-10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup. sugar substitute from monk fruit, 1/4 tbsp. cinnamon.
Melt the vegan butter and spread it on each donut. Then dip them in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
