Homemade, vegan beach donuts without sugar, with the simplest ingredients.
It will not take you more than 10 minutes to prepare the dough for the beach donuts without sugar and with minimal calories.
The basic ingredients you will need to make the easiest beach donuts are: all-purpose flour or whole-grain flour for all uses, almond milk or some other vegetable milk, sugar substitute from monk fruit (which has 0 calories and you will find it at my favorite lifetree.gr).
Baking powder, cinnamon, salt, banana and vanilla extract are the secondary ingredients that the recipe needs to prepare. Instead of banana you can use apple puree.
