- 600 gr. pasta of your choice
for the sauce
- 1 raw beet shredded
- 2 cucumbers
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lemon
- 2-3 tsp dill
- 2 cup yogurt
- salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Start by boiling your pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, grate the beetroot. Grate the cucumbers and drain well. Pour the two ingredients into a bowl. Add the yogurt, garlic, salt, olive oil, lemon juice and dill. Mix well.
If you want, you can beat all the ingredients in the blender like I do.
Mix your pasta with the sauce and enjoy.
You can keep the leftover sauce in the freezer to make the same pasta again another day.
