The easiest, protein vegan omelette you will love.
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- 4 tbsp chickpea flour
- 3 tbsp water
- salt
- paprika
- black pepper
- vegan mayo
- sriracha sauce
- 1/2 avocado
Pour a little olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add the onion and pepper and sauté lightly.
In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with the water, salt, smoked paprika and black pepper.
Pour the chickpea mixture into the peppers and onion.
Start stirring until you see that your scrambled eggs are done.
Set aside. Serve as you wish.
