Start by preparing the chickpea mixture. In a pan or wok sprinkle with a little olive oil. Add the chickpeas, onion, cumin, chili and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the carrot, pepper, cherry tomatoes, lemon, salt and black pepper.
For the sauce just mix in a bowl all the ingredients for the sauce.
Spread a tortilla in front of you. Spread a little sauce in the middle, put half the chickpeas and half the salad on top and a little more sauce and wrap. Do the same with the second burrito.
