Ingredients

  • 400 gr. cooked chickpeas 
  • 1/2 lemon 
  • 2-3 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 red pepper 
  • 1/2 small onion 
  • garlic 
  • salt 
  • red pepper 
  • 1 tbsp hemp flour (if you want)

Instructions 

  • With a fork, mash more than half of the chickpeas. Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl with the chickpeas and mix well.
  • The vegan tuna salad is perfectly eaten straight from the fridge.
  • You can keep it in the refrigerator for 5-6 days. Before consuming it, mix it.
