The easiest spinach pie in the world. Ready in 20'.
- 1 large tortilla
- 3-4 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 onion
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 2-3 tbsp shredded vegan cheese (if you like)
for bechamel:
- 10 ml olive oil
- 10 gr. flour
- 100 ml almond milk
- salt
- spice mix
Start by sauteing the spinach, onion and garlic in a little olive oil. 2-3 minutes is enough. Add salt and spice mix.
Mix the olive oil with the flour in a saucepan. Once they are homogenized, add the milk and continue mixing. Add the salt and spices. Within 1-2 minutes you will have a cream ready. Mix the cream with the spinach mixture. Add the grated cheese and mix.
Place the tortilla in a round ovenproof dish or even a square dish. Pour in the spinach mixture and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. If you see that the tortilla is sticking to the sides, cover your pan with non-stick paper and aluminum foil.
Let it cool for around 10 minutes and enjoy the easiest spinach pie.
