Vegan mozzarella

A recipe that you will love for its simplicity and taste.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 and 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • salt (if you want)

Instructions 

  • Start by beating all the ingredients in the blender. You can add salt later to see how much you want based on your personal taste. I do not put in my mozzarella at all. I prefer it slightly sweet.
  • Pour the mixture into a saucepan or frying pan. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  • Put in a bowl. Once cool, store your mozzarella in the refrigerator.
