Ingredients

  • 3 bananas 
  • 1/3 cup (72 g) coconut oil or vegan butter melted 
  • 1/2 cup (170 γρ.) maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds 
  • 6 tbsp water 
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) almond milk 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 και 3/4 cup (216 g) flour 
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • chocolate chips or nuts (if you want)

Instructions 

  • Start by preheating the oven to 180C.
  • In a bowl, mix the flaxseed with the water. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla and banana.
  • Add the maple syrup, almond milk, flaxseed along with water and coconut oil. Stir.
  • If you want, add chocolate drops or nuts.
  • Bake for 50 minutes. If you see that the cake grabs you, just cover it with foil and continue baking.
