Vegan Condensed Milk

Homemade condensed milk that needs just 2 ingredients to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of full fat coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar

Instructions 

  • Put the coconut milk and the sweetener in a saucepan.
  • Once they get a boil lower the temperature and let your ingredients boil for about 45 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.
  • Your sweetened condensed milk will be darker if you use coconut sugar or maple syrup.
  • Remove from the heat and allow your sweetened condensed milk to cool.
  • You can keep your sweetened condensed milk for up to 10 days in the refrigerator.
