The easiest sauce that will make tastier your pasta, your sandwiches, your vegetables.
- 2 red peppers
- 4 tbsp hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
Preheat your oven in 250C. Roast your peppers for 20 minutes.
Take them out and cover them with foil for a few minutes so that their skin comes out more easily.
Peel them and put them in the blender with the hazelnuts, olive oil, lemon, garlic, salt and red pepper.
Add more olive oil if you want your sauce more creamy.
