This food is the easiest and fastest thing you can prepare to enjoy at noon or even in the evening.
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 2 garlic garlic
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp spice mix
- salt
- 2 slices yellow vegan cheese
- 2 tortillas
In a non-stick pan or wok, saute the onion, carrot, pepper and garlic in a little olive oil.
Add the beans after rinsing and draining them. Mix and pour in ketchup, cumin, paprika and spice mix. Add a little salt. Melt slightly with a fork.
Put aside.
Place one tortilla on the bottom of the pan or wok. Spread the bean mixture. Put the two slices of cheese and the second tortilla on top.
Allow 1-2 minutes for the bottom tortilla to get color and turn. Leave for another 1-2 minutes and remove. Cut into 4 and enjoy.
