A summer food you will love.
- 4 peppers
- 2 eggplants
- 2 onions
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt
- sherry vinegar
Start by washing your vegetables. Dry them and put them on non-stick paper. Add salt and olive oil and wrap the paper.
Put in an oven pan and bake at 180C for 1.5 hours.
Take them out, let them cool slightly so you can remove the skin from the peppers and the eggplant.
Peel and chop. Do the same with the onions. Add salt, olive oil and enjoy with plenty of bread.
