Amazing homemade baked donuts that can be ready in 15 minutes.
- 300 gr. flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- salt
- 170 gr. honey or maple syrup or agave
- 54 gr. coconut oil
- 200 gr. almond or soy milk
- 1/4 cup blueberries
for serving
- 2 tbsp sugar substitute
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Start by preheating the oven to 180C.
In a bowl, pour all the ingredients except the blueberries and mix.
Finally add the blueberries and mix lightly. Transfer the mixture to an oiled donuts pan and spread it with slightly wet fingers.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let the donuts cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
Smear their surface with olive oil and then dip them in the "sugar"-cinnamon mixture. Your donuts are ready to eat.
