Start by tossing your lentils in a non-stick pan along with the soy sauce. Mix a little and add all the spices. Add the onion and garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt and black pepper. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Specifically, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, white vinegar and onion and garlic powder. Stir and set aside.
Start by tossing your green vegetables upside down in a bowl. On top, add the chopped tomato, the onion, the grated yellow cheese. Add the minced lentils. Pour the sauce on top and mix well.
Your burger bowl is ready.
