This brownie porridge is perfect for breakfast and is made with just 4 ingredients.
- 1 cup oat milk
- 4 dates
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- sugar free chocolate chips, fruits or shredded coconut
We start by soaking the dates in the herbal drink after heating it for 10 minutes.
Beat the oat milk, dates and cocoa in the blender. Once they are well beaten, transfer to a saucepan. Add the oat flour and mix.
At medium temperature, stir for about 4-5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Transfer to a bowl. If you want, pour chocolate drops, grated coconut or whatever else you want on top.
