Sugar Free Brownie Porridge

This brownie porridge is perfect for breakfast and is made with just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 4 dates
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • sugar free chocolate chips, fruits or shredded coconut

Instructions 

  • We start by soaking the dates in the herbal drink after heating it for 10 minutes.
  • Beat the oat milk, dates and cocoa in the blender. Once they are well beaten, transfer to a saucepan. Add the oat flour and mix.
  • At medium temperature, stir for about 4-5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  • Transfer to a bowl. If you want, pour chocolate drops, grated coconut or whatever else you want on top.
