You can add whatever you want to this white chocolate bark.
- 1-2 white chocolates
- a handful of almonds
- a handful of cashews
- pumpkin seeds
- shredded coconut
Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie. Spread non-stick paper on a baking sheet. Pour in the white chocolate and spread it well.
Top with the nuts and seeds you like.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Take out, break and enjoy.
